Previously, he gained more than 25 years\u2019 experience in the investment banking world, first at Caboto SIM (Intesa San Paolo Group) and then at Equita SIM (formerly Euromobiliare SIM) as Executive Director. In this role, he managed more than 20 listings, including: IPOs on Euronext Milan (Avio; FILA; Gruppo MutuiOnline; IW Bank; Safilo Group; Tamburi Investment Partners; Esprinet; Amplifon) and on Euronext Growth Milan (Masi Agricola; Italia Independent Group), as well as through SPACs and investment vehicles (NB Aurora, Equita PEP Spac; Space 1-2-3; Italy 1 Investment SA ) and advisory\/M&amp;A operations (including: Tamburi Investment Partners for the SeconTip acquisition; Damiani for the Rocca 1794 acquisition; Municipality of Monza for the privatization of Centrale Latte Monza Spa; evaluation of the Kairos Investment Management Group, Efibanca evaluation; consultancy for the evaluation of F.C. Internazionale Milano) and equity &amp; bond placements with institutional investors.
